The residential portion of the 100 West Walnut development is looking fantastic as it nears completion! The residential units are designed by HED and developed by Lincoln Property Company and AMLI Residential. Not pictured, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM)’s 210,000 sf, 5 story office building that completes the project.

Second Century Site Visit
Englekirk’s Project Director Saurabh Prasad, Senior Designer Carlos Gonzalez, and Draftsperson Ani Bedrousian spent a day at the 850,000-square-foot Second Century development earlier this month. Pictures show phase 1 of the 8-story office building, construction currently at levels 3 and 4.

Englekirk Construction Update! Jade Enterprises’ 7-story, 154-unit residential development reaches its 7th and final floor of construction at the corner of 14th & Olive in DTLA.
